International Shipping
We are now shipping to overseas destinations. You can select your destination country at checkout. If the country is not listed, please complete your address and email a screenshot of your checkout page to info@penguineng.com . We will then contact you with the best price for shipping.
The prices on the website are based on Royal Mail and Evri shipping which may take 3-28 days. If you require urgent delivery, please place the order and then contact us and we will upgrade the shipping and apply charges if necessary to meet your needs.
Below is a list of countries that we currently deliver to, both in Europe and the rest of the world. The delivery charge is based on the size and weight of the packaged goods.

We do not ship due to insurance restrictions but customers can arrange their own courier to collect from us in the UK. |
Please note: We may not be able to ship some items outside of the UK due to restrictions on bulkier items such as cookers and calorifiers. If however you contact us, we can look for a local agent in your area or shop around for a good courier.
TAX
All products are shipped from the UK. Following Brexit, goods purchased for delivery outside of the UK are subject to any taxes and duties that may apply in the destination country. This is the entire responsibility of the purchaser.
