Barka Marine Taps and Showers

Barka Taps and Showers are chosen by the most famous boatbuilders from France, Germany, Italy, Scandinavia and beyond.

Made in Northern Italy, all their tap bodies are made from solid brass with deep chrome plating for the longest possible life in marine environments.

They are designed to work with the relatively low pressure water systems in boats and motorhomes which is especially important for shower fittings.

These are our classic one handed mixers. This design has been running a long time and because the look never dates and spares are easy to find, they’ve always been popular with the yacht builders. They come with short spouts for washbasins, a choice of longer spout lengths for the galley and can also come with pull-out showers such as these.

If you’re looking for a more modern appearance we have plenty to choose from, including marine taps and showers with this new matt black finish which could really transform the interior of your boat.

For small boats, wet bars and motor homes we have these fold-down mixers or cold-water only designs, which as you can see are offered with a choice of different spouts.

If your yacht needs a transom shower we have these recessed push-button shower heads with controls that sit either on a bulkhead or in a separate cup. Hoses, controls and mixers are all available separately.

We have a great range of pull-out shower designs to choose from. They can either fit into a mixer tap over a basin, or into a chrome recess with a remote water control. Some of these have adjustable spray patterns as well as some clever water saving features.

Many British classics such as Moody, Westerly and Sadler are fitted with Barka taps. We still carry the same twin handled mixers so if you want to keep the traditional look without having to rebuild your counters, we should be able to help.

Working space is tight under the sink of a motorhome or a yacht and fitting a new tap can be tricky, so we want to be sure you’ve chosen the right product and fittings before you get started. We publish the critical dimensions on our website, including the all-important hole diameter for the counter top. Most of our taps come with a set of flexible tails to connect to your water supply, but we know there are all kinds of plumbing systems out there.
