Gimballed marine cookers are designed to swing around their mounting points so that the cooking surface can remain comparatively level as a yacht heels.

For this system to operate correctly, the cooker needs to be appropriately balanced.

The ENSKERF ENO balancing plate forms part of an adjustable counterweight arrangement which allows additional weight to be fitted to the cooker where required.

Adjustable Counterweight System
